Millennials in the workplace

This is a summery on a report about Millennials in the workplace to improve reading skills.

Millennials(those born between the early 1980s and the early 1910s) in the workplace who make up huge part of our workforce but they seem to lock loyalty to the companies.

Research pointed to the two global survey conducted, the first survey conducted by (PWC),and separate global survey conducted by Deloitte, more than 40,000 millennial and no-millennial were collected on topics of workplace culture, communication working styles, etc.more than 10,000 millennials participated in the study about their perceptions of the threats and opportunities in the complex world of work.

Research mentions the key findings of Millennials in the workplace. Millennials are committed to their work and they do not believe that excessive work demands are worth sacrifices in there personal lives.Also, they want opportunities to develop their skills. Millennials want to feel appreciated by their company.As well as, they believe that business should contributed to the improvement of society.

Recommendations of report

The reporter explains about Organisations and managers wanting to retain millennials they should consider: monitoring their workload and satisfaction creating a flexible work to employees have more control over their working hours.Also they changing the goals of the organisation in solving problems.

summary of task 3

 climate change  

global warming is caused by climate change and rise of temperatures .while ,main cause of is happening from the increases in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and this leads  to  extreme weather events that happened over last years like, floods/droughts/bushfires/heat wave

deforestation

while rainforests is helping to control global worming but it has been destroyed for wood or burned for farming .As a result, areas may turn into desert and also, many plants and animals can become extinct.

pollution

Air pollution caused by gases along with water pollution caused by chemicals from factories are both a big threat to human health, while the use of fertilizer and pesticides, which leads to soil pollution, can threaten food security.

recycling 

Many towns have special bins for recycling.Recycling is the processing of used objects and materials can be used again the purpose of recycling saves energy and reduces damage to the countryside even more effective than recycling is choosing products that use a aluminium of plastic and paper packaging.

Renewable energy

Many countries are choosing to use renewable sources for their energy because present energy sources will not last forever for this reason alternative energy sources are used.

Public transport

Transport has a large environmental impact if we using public transport or cycling especially in cities instead of private transport we can cuts the emissions also trains as an alternative to flying reduces the environmental impact.

SUMMARY
We are living in the beginning of a mass extinction. Our climate is breaking down.But we can still fix this. But we can still fix this. To survive, we need to stop burning fossil fuels, but this alone will not be enough. Lots of solutions are talked about.There is a magic machine that sucks carbon out of the air,  It's called ... a tree.is a natural climate solution. These natural climate solutions could make a massive difference. Real estate agent Karl Howard accused of attacking two women at his Annandale home

  • Mr Howard recently met his girlfriend on a dating app and that the trio were drinking at his Annandale home before the alleged attack.

  • We do not condone violence in any form.



Summary:

  • Karl HowardA prominent real estate agent tried to strangle his girlfriend before attacking her friend with a samurai sword at his multi-million-dollar home in Sydney's inner west,Karl is accused of punching his 27-year-old girlfriend in the head before stabbing her 29-year-old friend with a samurai sword after she tried to intervene on Monday morning. Investigation said Mr Howard recently met his girlfriend on a dating app and that the trio were drinking at his Annandale home before the alleged attack. Alex Tilbury from Ray White released a statement on behalf of the company, confirming Mr Howard had been stood down.police investigation," it said.We do not condone violence in any form. We are concerned for the well-being of all involved and staff are being offered counselling services."

Personal reflection 


In my opinion Karl Howard has to be tried and he has to be stood down in his job and i do not condone violence in any form for the safety of the people.

Summary

Measles cases worldwide have surged by 300% in the first three months of 2019.and measles cases in the 
U.S. are the highest.Reported that an estimated 169 million children worldwide have missed out on measles vaccines.and 110,000 people died from measles in 2017 and then anti-vaccination movement began in France in 1763, when doctor believed vaccines were harmful.The CDC blamed the anti-vaxxer movement for the rise in measles cases . It said A significant factor contributing to the outbreak is misinformation about the safety of the measles vaccine.

Personal reflection 

In my opinion vaccinate our children for health and to stay away from any virus because many children die from not vaccinated.
